Attack boost cap with Miki

So Miki adds +130% attack and says it could stack with other attack boosts up to +180% total.

Are items like titan banner included in this calculation ?
Like, if you fire Miki and use a titan banner, basically you’ve reached +180% attack cap, and it’s no use firing Boldtusk/Lancelot/Shadereave…on top ?

Is that so ?

or the other way round: if you fire Miki and Boldtusk, then a titan banner won’t add any extra boost and will be fully useless

Miki caps normal attack at 170%, every attack percentage more than that would not affect tiles and would only increase special’s damage.
