T - tulips, and the occasional thunderstorm
Yeah, when I lived near the equator I could only dream about winter, spring and autumn. Every day was summer, either dry or wet lol. I still fondly remember the first time I saw snow, I was so excited…
Maybe umbrellas for shelter from spring rains?
@sleepyhead, I was pretty excited to experience winter for myself too, before I got there. A few minutes outside in winter was enough to convince me that I’m NOT a winter person. Autumn was nice, though
Vegetables growing? Ok maybe too early
@kwong79 yeah, I love autumn for the cooler (but not biting cold) weather… and for winter, snow is nice to play in but I also don’t want to deal with the melting
Spring declares the end of Winter.
For your fancy salads.
dear @Sarah2 … you’re way too fast for me.
Xigua? The other word for watermelon?
I’m grateful @akionna you followed with X - I would have had to use Google .
Y - Yellow fields of daffodils
Zebra … in the zoo.
When we take the kids for their spring field trip.
Hmm I think that’s a stretch worthy of @littleKAF
How about Zinnias instead…
Nice work team…
Anyone with a new topic?
I like zebras. So here’s a topic. Striped animals.
It is not as bad as oceans.
I think it’s only fair if you suggest a topic you should kick it off
Besides, I have a “b” I’d like to use…
Okay. I’ll start it out.
In bird names, black and white stripes are often referred to as “barred”. We have black and white Plymouth Rock chickens referred to as Barred Rocks
We also have resident Barred Owls
Discus Fish —
Eastern Fence Lizard- I’ve seen these at my place
