During the last few days the atlantis coins won in map stages do not get added my total number of coins. Only those from chests are added.
Chests can only give you Valhalla coins and not Atalntis coins.
Did you mean Valhalla coins ?

There are no Atlantis Coins in Chests, only Valhalla Coins.
Did you possibly mean those?
And are these Atlantis Stages you’ve never beaten before?
Atlantis Map Stages only give Coins the first time they’re completed.
