Check to make sure you didn’t get automatically switched to “normal” difficulty — I know that’s happened to me a couple of times. But if that’s not the problem, you probably need to open a support ticket. From the forum, nobody can help you directly.

I always check it before I start the trail. I just finished it in hard mode and after the end of the track I don’t see that it gave five atlantis coins and on that track now it says 8/8
