You could stack Athena + Wilbur/Isarnia/Buddy + any elemental Jackal, Falcon, Panther, Arthur, Frida, Evelyn before. You cannot anymore.

• Fixed Athenas’ debuffs to stack correctly.
• Fixed Briennes’ buffs to stack correctly.

Reasoning for that was game balance, mainly for titan scores:

Based on player feedback and our own findings, Athena’s Special Skill (Athena’s Bow) seems to be too powerful against Titans and we have decided to adjust this. From now on, Athena’s Bow will make further -2% decrease on enemy defense every time they are hit, instead of -10%. Update (12th of July, 2017): We have now updated Athena’s Special Skill to make -4% defense decrease, instead of earlier -2%, which we feel is a good compromise.
