How to find out at what time + 3 more energy is added in a war?

Yes. Some alliances use it for coordination.

Oh sorry, I meant on the energy itself, theres a countdown on the energy icon on the war screen isn’t there? or is it only when you’ve used 1 flag that it appears…?

You get 3 flags when war begins, and 3 more when the war clock hits 1200. Its
that simple, no need to complicate things.
