App crashes by the trial of opening it

@Dudeious.Maximus @PlayForFun Here comes another one. I think there is something very important and serious is happening with the latest update that really needs to be looked into ASAP by SGG.
You could certainly do some merging to get more leverage with staff:

v62Problem not starting

If multiple accounts installed v62, it would no longer start. Reinstalling was also pointless. We request an investigation into the cause.

Unable to connecting V62

Earlier v61.0.2 has the same issue, after successfully connected unable to play raid, league, tournament and titan. Then found v62 and upgrade, and now unable to connect again. I wonder if only me have this issue.

Crashing in 61.0.2

I have been using the latest build (I think 61.0.2), and it has been crashing all the time on my tablet. I don’t notice anything on my phone yet, but is it possible that on older tablets/phones, it will crash? I do nothing out of the ordinary and it’ll just freeze. The first time was in the middle of a raid and Guilli fired with the game crashing in the middle of the animation. The second and third times were just browsing around the base within a minute of starting up the game. It had never don…

The last one is specifically under BlueStacks emulator but wouldn’t be surprised the root cause is common, the game started doing something fishy that triggers crashes on some actual physical devices and BlueStacks.

Problems loading game after upgrade to V62 running in Bluestacks

Just upgraded the game to v62 and now it will not load in my Bluestack Instance. Using the default 32bit instance the game hangs on the Small Giant loading screen and in other Bluestacks instances such as Pie64 and Android 11 the loading screen is corrupt as is the screen when you first click on an offer. The game aslo just crashes but the the bluestack instance home screen. Problems persist after updating to latest version of Bluestacks Wondering if anyone else is using Bluestacks and having …

There seems to also be a few threads about connectivity issues that could probably be merged together to keep this place tidy. No point in having multiple topics for the same issue. This isn’t a place to follow individuals’ issues (this isn’t a support board) but for the community to tracks bugs and their resolution progress.

I have solved it.
Reporting of resolved situations.
The problem was restored when you temporarily increased the vertical screen resolution and pixel density in Display Settings in BlueStacks. After that, it started without any problem even if I lowered it.
We have confirmed recovery with multiple accounts and settings.
