Hey guys , I have recently come across this issue twice now. It resolved overnight last week after i contacted support. But has just reared it’s head again. I am unsure if this is a SG problem or a Google play problem :woman_shrugging:

Maybe try restarting yah phone if you still have the same problem best to contact support…

Hey mate, thanks heaps for the ideas as it is greatly appreciated :slightly_smiling_face::slightly_smiling_face:
I have already done these things and even competed an uninstall of the game :pensive: I am thinking it is possibly a google play problem as none of it worked this time round :pensive:

A was another thread with same issue. Being you sent a support ticket already I’d wait to see what they say…
