"Anti-stack" flanks or fast-hitting flanks?

I usually want to know the rest of your roster before giving leveling advice, and team advice. Both are interconnected.

Neutral stacking

I often neutral stack, 3x or 5x, if a defense has flanks strong against a center’s weak color.

So not #1 in my opinion.

Concept 2 would be the fast-hitting flanks which would be more offensive:

Kageburado does more damage at beginning. Alasie mana control more useful at beginning. Both most useful when 5x attackers still alive.

Often team set up is comprise, compromise and more compromise since one hero has to be the center and two heroes have to be flanks. Would be interesting if “W” formation defense team or 3 versus 3 ever gets implemented.

Aegir with double red flanks would make me stack blue.

I actually already prefer to use blue against him most of the time anyway, particularly in War, since people often put one red flank with him, and blue provides good opportunities for either dispelling his buff or overwriting it partially with a defense debuff, while saving my greens for other attacks.

Defense team mana

3 columns out of 7 columns charge the center with the flanks and corner all getting 1 column each. So center charges much 3x faster than other 4 heroes, especially when center 3 columns are mostly missing colors ( full mana but only 1 point damage).

Missing colors are more common in Tourneys because no reroll to let you hunt for rainbow defense teams.

Once center is gone, flanks charge faster ( 2 columns each ) than corners ( 1 column each ).
