I have been pretty lucky recently with both ice and fire so I have some tough choices. I’m looking for best overall choice based on versatility and power. I can basically get full emblems for whoever I go with.

FWIW. Teti hits like a truck and the mana boost after a 1/2 punch comes in clutch all the time. Cao Cao may be slow, but I use him all the time. Esp against heavy buff teams.
Do you have any relevant heroes that coud narrow the choice down? Like, any other Moon family heroes? Other Ninjas? W3K? etc etc. There are very few heroes who shine alone. Most shine when given the right team to operate in…

I think you meant “overpowered”. Most people who know how to play against or use Khufu won’t complain about him. Those that do complain an about him, won’t be very objective or even care to provide input, such as this one. So that shouldn’t surprise you.
