I saw already that this is not a new issue that people are talking about. I contacted support and they pretty much passed on the responsibility to Apple. I tried to reset Apple ID how they said and nothing, reset passwords about 5 times and still couldn’t find my account. I can see it in the game, I know it still exists, what can be done?
