Experience all-new Raid Formations in the limited-time Global Beta! Raid Formations are a fresh new take on the Raids, adding more strategy and variety to the battles.

Global Beta Schedule

We are launching Raid Formations initially as a Global Beta, which means the feature is available for all players during the Beta phase. The Raid Formations Global Beta is scheduled to run 2021-02-15T07:00:00Z → 2021-03-15T07:00:00Z. Once the Global Beta is over, we will review the feedback and the data to consider possible further adjustments.

Raid Formations in a Nutshell

  • Three new alternative defense formations for Raids
  • You need to have Hero Academy built to change your Raid Formation
  • You can face new formations in Raids even if you don’t yet have your Hero Academy built
  • Formations only apply to regular Raids (including Friendly Matches), not Raid Tournaments or Alliance Wars
  • Formations can be changed in the Hero Academy once every 24 hours
