Anchor's Hero Grades at End-of-Life?

Last I saw 7D was taking over the Hero Grading spreadsheet. I know emblems greatly impacts grading but is anyone still trying to put out baseline updates? Anchor’s sheet doesn’t have any HOTM since Margaret (May 2019) or the new Challenge Event heroes.
