Just to check first: is your Ameonna at 8/8 skill level?

That percentage increases step by step when her skill is leveled up.
The preview always shows maxed heroes.

That’s the reason for the difference, though.
Percentages like that in special skills are usually tied to the special skill level. The percentage will increase as you level her, and her special skill level goes up.
