Almost daily shut downs

Please help… Everyday when I play this game on my iPad at some point it shuts down. I have invested a lot of time (and money) since I started playing and have come close to throwing my iPad across the room… An example is went I was just about to beat level 23 battle #6 and the screen went blank and it kicked me out of the game. I tried reporting it to the support link and it said that I had the wrong email and password. Does anyone know of a number that I could call to actually talk to someone? I am at my wits end…

I don’t know a telephone number, but let’s troubleshoot a minute.

  1. Is your operating system up-to-date?

  2. Is the game up-to-date (v1.8)?

  3. When was the last time you turned your phone completely off (wait 30 seconds), then on again?

  4. When you report issues to Game Support, try doing it from your game: Menu > Options > Support (try technical support option)

I have done all of that and it still keeps doing it
