Recently, we were upgraded to 5 team hero rosters. Can that be increased to 6? If AW requires us to have 30 heroes for the wars, then upgrading the hero roster to 6 teams would help us setup our AW teams ahead of preparation mode.
Also, can AW be updated to have us select which Hero Roster team, instead of us having to re-setup the team in AW preparation mode?

If you use 6 hero rosters for AW, where do you put your titan team, map team, raid teamā¦ ?
Youāll set a different team for each attack, no need for team slots. Think of it lile events, there is a special team slot
If you have 30 heroes , you will be mixing up the team in every war attack to best deal with the opponent you selected. The concept of 6 fixed teams is moot and not that useful in the context of wars
Perhaps this is true for you; itās not true for me. I will be using six fixed teams. After a few more wars I might start mixing things up in teams 4-6, but my top 3 teams will likely remain fixed.
So it would be a little helpful to me to have six teams on the hero roster that I could just drop into alliance wars.
You canāt pick any of those 5 teams for attack anyway. Make a screenshot of your teams if you are to use fixed teams and canāt remember their setup. Let developers work on something more useful. That said, I donāt mind having 6 teams or 10 teams.
Youāre right. This should be on the bottom of their āto-doā list, if it is even there at all.
In my opinion would be better to flag the heros to be used in wars as we can flag favorite heros. And also add a war filter , in addition to Power, element and Name. That would make it so much easier to identify and reserve the heros that we want to use in wars.
Adding a bunch more slots as part of the VIP package would add value.
The question about extra slots via VIP is what happens when the subscription ends if theyāre in use. Itās a potential can of worms I wouldnāt blame Small Giant avoiding opening.
The filter is my fave suggestion. The way heroes are blotted after a fight is just messy and like as not can cause a hero to be missed.

Which heroes have I used? Which heroes are still available? And where on earth is that hero that I am looking for? Or did I use him / her already? And now, after all this scrolling and searching, what exactly did the opponent look like again?
You are certainly not allone. Sux when you have to āattackā enemy team just to look whatās left. It would be much more comfortable if you could see it directly in your hero inventory.

And then scroll through xxx heroes in various stages of ascension ā¦ some reds on the top, some reds all the way on the bottom ā¦ some still useable for this war, others no longer useable for this war ā¦ oh ā¦ and now that I have located, say, Scarlett, ā¦ uhm ā¦ what was the opponentās team again?

Easy, the extra teams just disappear. The heroes donāt, of course.
But to the filter idea, simplest would be just not to showāeven grayed outāused heroes.
Ah yes, team slots, that makes sense. I thought you were referring to hero slots, as in the ones you can pay gems for extras of.
