I like the term relaxed (as opposed to casual). To me that’s an alliance where all the players are active and engaged, using all their war flags (or opting out). Also pulling their weight on titans so the burden doesn’t fall to a few, and can cause eventual resentment. That means members are respectful of each other and are upset if they feel they’ve let their teammates down.
Good leadership is very important with solid policies that are enforced. Friendly, mature members willing to offer support and advice. I’m too old to enjoy vulgar and crude chatter. I much prefer witty humour, awful puns and innuendos.
It may sound like I’m looking for perfection but I’m happy to say I’ve been very lucky with my alliance!
