Alliance member got accidentally let go and lost all eligibility for rewards in alliance event.. how do we correct the issue?

Lost elgilbility in alliance event due to misunderstanding. Reinstated member back I alliance but still not eligible for rewards after much time and investment

Unfortunately, that doesn’t sound like a bug but rather the game working as intended if a player left an alliance (or was kicked) and then returned during the event. The same thing happens during war.

Just unfortunately it is working as intended right now, and you can not undo it
