How about an arena where members of the same alliance can fight each other? Nothing would be gained other than helping alliance members get better at wars and raids. Oh and perhaps bragging rights. Alliance leaders should be able to see the results of these battles (including rosters used) to better prepare their members for upcoming wars. I think this could be an invaluable tool to enhance the strength of alliances. I think it could also be very fun seeing how you stack up against the other members.
