With the new alliance wars running now I have uncovered a communication problem. These new wars require absolute team work which means that we need to be able to communicate certain things to all members. As much as we have tried, I find that a number of members do not scroll through all of the chatter that they may have missed.
My suggestion is to write a program that would allow the leaders of alliances to (through a toggle that only the leader has) flag certain important messages that he wants all members to read. By flagging the message that would place a flag symbol next to the message and keep that message at the bottom of the screen (locked in place so it does not scroll with the other messages) until the leader is confident that all members have seen that message and removes it.
