A friend has requested to Join my alliance. I’m a leader. Their request is not showing in chat like normal. I have signed in and out of my account. I have restarted my phone. They sent me a vid of them doing the Join request, and they did it right with no errors.
Help.
You could try making your alliance Open just while they’re joining, and then change it back to Invite Only after.
Otherwise I’d suggest contacting support, since it sounds like something might be amiss. Here are the instructions if you need them:
