This should keep you in diamond easily:
Marjana | Hel | Guinevere | Alasie | Lianna
Tough choice… personally I would go with the one you use more for raiding and map levels – I’m going to guess that’s Hel.
Offense rewards you more than defending – fighting helps you get materials, cups, fill your chests, etc. whereas defending only helps you hold cups
