But since they increased the aethers and added food/trainer troops, this is an awesome deal. I levelled two magic trips to 11 because of those trainers and ham bundles. Now THAT is helpful!

The way I saw it, 5 epic tomes give you 25 levels. 1 legendary gives you 80 levels. So you’d need at least 3 of those offers to come close to the legendary.
Of course, this is very subjective to one’s needs so each to its own.
Keep up the great work!
Best to just buy the legendary tome then. Most economical in that case, and reserve it for the most deserving hero.
Most use that epic tome only for the last 5 levels. 4.75 onwards.

It looks like Zynga has started using flexible pricing now that Apple has released their previously inflexible grip on IAP offers. This also means that Zynga’s net take home (after deducting SG VAT, then deducting Apple’s 30% of US$29.99) will reduce.
if this is their way of retaining smaller markets, it may work out. I am not sure if this reduced foreign currency pricing applies to other countries too.
