Aethers and Mats Offers - February 2022 (and beyond?)

Noooooo that’s just bizarre. Thailand should be reduced too. We are ASEAN!

Maybe cos the market is too small to have an impact.

I will finish my post later. Been busy.

I managed to finish Pets Rare & Epic. :laughing:

Unbelievably pricy … those aether are expensive :flushed:

There are so many offers available that the usual tournament offer didn’t even appear for me (not that I miss it).

This new format might explain the 12hr timers…

Ooooh Zynga is serious about driving bulk of spend traffic to their WS.

Apple/Google won’t be happy about this. Repercussions are likely.

Those offers are valid for 2 days. Just like in game offers.

@PlayForFun Idk why but iOS offers are cheaper than Android offer from today…

I think this is might because some comission / tax related difference between Apple and Google.

No change for me in Singapore. Think it’s some tax thingy.

No change for me as well (USD)

THE GIANTS HAVE LANDED
Let’s create a path for them.

A breath of fresh air for those who chase reward events. More challenges to do. More rewards to collect.

Are these rewards worth it ?

Price assigned to non Gem rewards

• (Based on main AA offer: click here) Alpha aethers 3x = S$31.50 / US$21.00

• (Based on Tier 3B, main AC offer: click here) Aether Crystals 30 S$6.98 / US$4.99

• (Based on regular Covenant offer) Covenant Coins 300 = S$5.98 / US$3.99

• (Based on the Loot … Vault offer) Emblems 100x = S$4.98

• Epic XP Tome 1x = S$7.326

• 3 GE = 1 Epic GE Tome => S$10.38

• Ham 4.9m = S$5.26

• Hero Trainers = S$4.653
3* 2x = S$1.551
4* 2x = S$3.102

• Troop Trainers = S$13.041
3* 2x = S$3.969
4* 2x = S$9.062

• Master Trainers = S$6.978
3* 2x = S$2.326
4* 2x = S$4.652

Value so far for the above: S$97.08

Adding on:

GIANTS PASS S$29.98 / US$19.99

Gems (All in) = 2500 =>
15 Flasks = 1500 gems
Value in Gems = 4000 => S$58.32 from Shop

Aether Crystals 10x = S$2.32
Challenge Coins 10x = S$1.99 / US$1.50

Updated Value for Basic pass excluding Items = S$159.71

20 Tornadoes = 1500 gems
25 Dragon Attacks = 1875 gems
30 Scrolls of A = 9000 gems

There are cheaper offers that throw in these items as sweeteners if you buy gems. Not going to assign a value to them.

ELITE GIANTS PASS S$69.98 / US$49.99

Gems (All in) = 3900
15 Flasks = 1500 gems
Value in gems = 5400 => S$78.73

Aether crystals 30x = S$6.98 / US$4.99
Challenge Coins 30x = S$5.67

Updated Value for Elite Pass excluding items = S$188.46

Is this Pass worth it ?

I would buy the basic Pass if I am still active and chasing rewards.

The value of the Elite pass is subjective as the extra S$40 is mainly for the extra 10000 points => 10 extra Mystery Normal Chest, contents of which are subject to RNG.

I would buy the Elite pass to help me reach Tier 29, if I am in dire need of more AA, and I am not inclined to buy the regular AA offers.

@BlackZed I noticed recently that the standard offer for the bottom which is usually priced at 44.98 all this time has dropped it’s price to 39.98. What does this mean, other than they just made it cheaper? Or maybe I’m just overthinking about this matter. Has this offer been cheaper in other countries now?

The price reduction went into effect for S$ offers quite soon after Apple’s flexible pricing took effect.

Like 200 gems for S$0.98 instead of S$1.48 previously.

600 gems = S$0.98 + S$1.48 + S$1.48 = S$3.94 (rounded up to S$3.98)

The price reduction by S$5 effectively makes PPS S$2.00 each for the bottom offer. Instead of S$2.25 previously.

Zynga has increased pricing for gems in Shop, by S$1. I am not sure about daily offers now.

I would say that there’s a slight price reduction overall, but it’s hard to quantify. Would need monitoring over sometime.

I thought it was some exchange rate issue. Like SGD is weakening or getting stronger over the US dollar and such
