Is Natalya using a “non-dispel” attack? If that hits prior to activating Aeron, then it would still take effect.
This is true. Natalya’s special is non-dispellable.

Aeron’s Special will prevent Natalya’s special from taking effect if cast before her, but will not remove the effects if cast afterwards.
