I have a bit of a newbie question that I’ve always wondered about but don’t know the answer to, hoping to get some advice please!
I have some 3/70 heroes in my titan teams because of their utility to increase attack or decrease defense (such as Karnov, Ratatoskr, Evelyn, Zekena and Miki). I use items or other specials to keep them alive, but is it more effective using these titan heroes or am I better off using other fully maxed and emblemed heroes (of the same colour) with no utility because that would significantly increase my tile damage?
Or alternatively, would it be better to use a maxed hero of a different colour that has the utility? I’m just trying to better understand the trade off between an ideal titan hero that isn’t fully maxed and a hero of the same colour that is without any titan utility (or a different colour maxed with titan utility).
answer: you definitely need to take a strong color … however, from my experience I will say that survivability should play an important role … that is, your mono should strike with stones with all the heroes alive, then it will make sense … if the heroes die very quickly, then it’s worth adding other colors… for example3+2 or 4+1 …Forum challenge. **Show your hero!**
I started using buster at 3/30. He’s a three star with a minion so very suboptimal. But the alternative is just there for damage. That damage increases total output by say 10%. But busters ability can more than offset that easily. Unless survivability becomes an issue, I would suggest using them at 3/70.
But there are questions of at what point should you just go for and level that hero if you’re always using them.
