Normal mode of the quest is still useful to learn the pumpkins and how to avoid them destroying your team. I tried auto on the first level and barely survived because of the pumpkins. I would of wasted tones of energy had it not been for normal mode.
I have been playing the normal mode first, then moving to the advanced mode of the same level right away. It’s helping me with testing out team composition. I just got done with level 10 so it’s a but slow, but I think it’ll be worth it in the long run.
I’m with Elpis. Guaranteed mats for titan hits, in lots of 5 -10, versus gambling on “preferred“ provinces to get one every other run (I’m looking at you, hardwood lumber)? Yep, I’ll spend that world energy.
