Add benefit for surviving/disadvantage when killed

Maybe only applicable for raiding, but possibly also for map quests—when a hero is killed, add a delay until he is full strength again. This would encourage people to mix up their team composition more. Perhaps if a hero has not been used in awhile, it gets a bonus percentage on its attack, up to a maximum of 5% or something along those lines.
