Active class ability

I want active class ability for emblems, which will add something to the special skill (alongside passive ability) and stacks with other similar abilities. All abilities should be adjusted by mana speed. Examples:

  1. Cleric - Power of Faith. Heal 3%/5%/10%/15%/20% to all
  2. Druid - Help of forest. Summon minion with 15% HP for all allies who regenerate 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% HP per turn for its owner.
  3. Paladin - Protect buff to 1/2/3/4/5 random allies for 2 turns
  4. Sorcerer - mana cut target (all targets) 1%/2%/3%/4%/5%, for healers also all targets.
  5. Wizard - dispel 1/2/3/4/5 random effects from targets (for healers and AoE - all targets).
  6. Monk - cleanse 1/2/3/4/5 random effects from ally
  7. Barbarian - 3%/5%/10%/15%/20% decrease to any healing received for targets
  8. Rogue - reduce max HP of targets to 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% (does not work on Titans or make this as HP values different for all tiers)
  9. Warrior - deals 20%/40%/60%/80%/100% additional damage to targets (for healers - all enemies)
  10. Ranger - speedup mana gain to 3%/5%/10%/15%/20% for himself.
