Here is a link from the E&P FAQ regarding lost accounts. There’s no support for this over the weekend, and you can expect at least 4-5 days for this type of request, as there are a lot of requests for recovering accounts.

But I am very pissed because I spend money for gems and heroes…so I would like to know if it possible to transfer heroes and gems to my new account …

Hi @LordWoodland, if you’re asking because of the account issue you’re having, unfortunately the only option is to go through Support.
I can’t do anything to expedite an account issue or Support ticket.
The good news is that I know the Small Giant Staff are aware of your ticket.
