is it possible to recover your account, if two accounts have been assigned to one message?

I’m not sure what you mean by “two accounts assigned to one message.” But here’s how to go about recovering your account. You’ll need to open a support ticket.

both accounts had the same mail: /
after the new installation, one account has been left

I’m really not sure how that will affect things. But definitely open a support ticket if you haven’t already. They will be able to help you to whatever extent is possible.
