Account Recovery

Everything listed except account receipts. I am able to provide those but that account is controlled by a different device. There was a account recovery form I filled out and sent in twice now. Long and stupid story, I completely lost access to my google play account. Shattered my original device which had automatic access. Purchased new device. Swapped SIM cards but still do not have previous account… I’m an iPhone guy but this is an android platform for this account so I goofed somewhere in the process and needed some help with it

There shouldn’t be any delays and our external support team has been working through the holidays. Usually an agent responds within 24 hours. I was able to go through this a different way and received an email response. Thank you for the advice!
