What happened exactly when she submitted the ticket?
Was her account suspended?
She said it was rejected!
She is in work right now … she will be following this thread cause she even couldn’t post it her self … cause her accout is new as I can tell … She only can replay to a thread that made as any trust 1 level forum account.
Nope she is a decent person no reasons to be suspended.
See if you can get her to post a screenshot of the rejection message. We may be able to troubleshoot what’s going on.

I received no response back on that ticket. So I submitted another request and received only information that was irrelevant
My account is in limbo. iPad accidentally broken, purchased tablet trying to get account transfer to android. iPad can’t turn on because screen is cracked.
