Accidental character delete! Pls help

Hi. I’am a player empires and puzzles.
I have two phones, the old iPhone 6 and the new 6s, both use the same Apple ID.
However, the game was not synchronized, I asked my daughter to fix it. And she accidentally deleted my character with nickname “lord” yesterday.

If possible, please return my character (I was already level 15!).
And help with synchronization of the game between two phones.
You are my last hope!
