For me Bastet without a doubt, can be a valuable tank option. Seth is much weaker.

Bastet overall ( normal raids, defense, war, … everything that you wish to combine a def down/ attack up buffers with dmg dealers at fast speed (like Bastet)

Sett if you plan to build team around minions or wish to excell more in Rush raid tournament and rush wars and blood tourneys, even cleanse war should be in favour of Set
