A strike from a minion counts as normal damage from its host hero. You can see this effect easily with the “Strong” messages a Delilah minion on Gravemaker generate when hitting a green minion. I;ve had a Delilah minion on GM proc Wound, so i’m confident that an attacking minion on Sabina can proc Delay.
