4*s Titan Teams

As a relatively new C2P player, I know that 5s will not be ready for a long time so I am building up viable teams for titans with just 4s, much easier to get.
Usually each team will have 3~5 heroes of strong color, with the highest available tile damage, chosen in this way.:
1 defense debuffer
1 attack buffer
1 attack debuffer or some other good
1 healer
1 wu kong

So…

G. Falcon

RED
Grimm

Wu Kong

What do you think?
Amongst TC20 5*s, which ones would you use to improve each team?

I personnaly put wukong and wilbur in almost all my titan team. They’re both super good. Even if the titan is their opposite color.

Wilbur will make your 4* not get 1 or 2 shot and allow you to deal more dmg to titan.

I dont like the 4 color stack team 4 / 1, i prefer the good 2 / 1 / 1/ 1 or the 2 / 2 / 1

I would pick BT over Kiril against purple titans. Wilburs special already does +def, so Kiril will hurt you more rather than help you.
Wu Kong is fine against yellow titans. I would propably replace him with BT when faced against a special titan (those bonus chance for dart drop have resistance against yellow).

For 5* I like the sniper heroes: Marjana, Magni, Lianna, Sartana, Domitia and Joon, however buff and debuff effects often do better against titans than straight damage

Mm ok so basically there’s no need for ramming pulverizers?
I’d take Buddy anyway as he serves a double role (att/def debuff) and blue titans are strong against Wilbur.

About color stack, I prefer going 3/1/1 or 4/1 to minimize the misses on weak spots after Wu Kong special.

Yes, you’re correct, Boldtusk is much better against purple titans.
Ok for Wu Kong… still not 100% convinced to use him against yellows but I’ll give it a try.

Against titans tile damage is king, so I definitely would not take grimm out for Wilbur, but I would swap wibur out for sonya. Although ppl have already mentioned kiril overwrites Wilbur, there is a simple solution fire kiril first.

Without looking at the hero’s cards of all your side note questions, I’ll just answer them all with a simple answer, the right option is the hero with higher tile damage, even when using 5* hero’s elena and azlar often get taken in a red stack purely because of the tile damage

Wu and tarlak are all about the tile damage boosts, other than buffs and debuffers the specials of your hero’s have very little direct effect on the pts damage wise

So against red titans you would use both Wilbur and Grimm?

Yes against red I’d use both, red is neutral against red, so a 3 1 1 stack enables you to very slightly offset the wu miss in terms of crit spot in cascades, triton hits like a train and his small heal boost enables kiril to be more effective when keeping you alive, Wilbur for the buff and again keeping you alive, kiril for the walking dragon banner + heal, grimm def down and incredibly tile damage for a 4*, and finally the added spice of wu to just bring havoc
