3* scacre ascension item in Alchemy lab

Hi and sorry for question but i can not find it anywhere. Which leve from 0-20 is giving me 3* scacre ascension item in Alchemy lab? Iam looking for Hidden blade

It is at 10A or (19 if range from 1-20).

Yes 10A gives you a guaranteed 3* mats per week (and a second when you combine the alkashards you receive for the transmutation) but it cost 100 diamonds. You can use every other lvl for free and when you combine your 1000 alkashards you can choose between two 3* mats
