To your second complaint, I have a maxed WuKong, and I use him every day with 99% of what I do in this game. I’ve not seen an increase in failures. Tiles miss about 1 out of 3 on average, just like they should.

Wu Kong misses a lot more since a patch couple of weeks ago

I’ve noticed that Wu Kong’s debuff is actually missing way more than 35% of the time. I’ve measured this during 10 games and the miss chance was around 50% - 55% Is this a bug?
