Hi u2371! Ive been watching your raid tournaments posts for some time and I like your style 
I’m starting to get more involved in tournaments and just started embleming/LBing some 3 and 4 stars. Could you tell me if you go with standard DEF/HP with 3 stars or you rather invest more in ATT when embleming?

It is depend.
Healer/tank will be focus on DEF & HP. Mostly HP > DEF. Emblem to make DEF/HP ratio to about 0.55 to 0.6
Damage dealer will be focus on ATK. For 3*, I emblem sniper to about 670-680 Atk when LB and them put on DEF/HP. Also emblem to make DEF/HP ratio to about 0.55 to 0.6
Buffer/Debuffer will depend on base stat. Usually focus on DEF & HP. Except some specific case, like Gormek/Guardian Falcon focus on ATK. Also emblem to make DEF & HP ratio to about 0.55 to 0.6
