Oh dear. Almost every limit broken 4* I have is a healer, and with no reds the options are even more limited. Gonna do my best but I have really low expectations:
Yeah, but I never got around using them to begin with because they are not leveled up properly. I have Anastasia and Mielikki at lvl 70 but no emblems and no limit break for either one. The only situation I would ever use them would be this kind of tournament, so I’m not sure if they deserve them. These raid tournaments only serve the purpose of getting emblems for 5* heroes in alliance wars.
Wait a minute … @Dzibong this is bloody battle, mulgog will not heal from poison…
And also triton no point(there’ll be no healing to boost).
Mana cutting can be made by just poor classic Li Xiu!
Nice easy start to the tournament. Gave LB2 to both c2Caedmon and c2Li Xiu, and together with c2Grimm they formed the middle of the attack team. Level 75 Anastasia and Waddles rounded off the team.
Faced quite a variety of defenses today including a Ptolemy tank and a cCyprian one. Boards were good so no issue getting 5 wins. The only time I changed attack teams were to replace c2Grimm with Captain of Diamonds (Vs Mielikki tank) and Xiahou Dun Vs cCyprian. I’m sure things will get challenging tomorrow.
Though considering the discussions and the nuances in defense setting, I always do check twice just in case the multiple healers are some sort of complex, diabolical plan
I played 3x purple + c2 Li Xiu + Mulgog. Died without firing a special. Zero points. Either there is something deviously cunning about this team that I didn’t spot, or there is only so much you can do with red and blue tiles. Otherwise, day 1 fine.
I lost my first fight against a Franz tank, who would normally be way too slow outside of rush, but the board I got was so bad that Franz fired not once, not twice, but three times before I could fire any specials of my own. So pretty disastrous.
Offense has settled to my trusty CC combo of C2 Li Xiu + Waddles and a blue stack of Toon Grimm-C1 Sonya+Xiahou Dun. Not exactly top notch but Toon Grimm’s ailment resistance proved to be valuable, and I do believe both dispel and cleanse are needed since my main attack stack is not limit broken.
Maybe this tournament will work out for the best after all.
