This is 2nd week in a row an alliance member has not recieved any loot from finishing in the top 5% of raid tournament. ShannyQ and MrGrumpypants have both been robbed of loot now by SG. How can SG resolve this situation.
In situations like this, the player should contact the support, via menu and options in game.
