Go with same tactic. I don’t see any better choice than Valen and Joukahainen. Both can charge in 6 tile and Joukahainen is very useful against any buffer. I also don’t see any defenses that don’t have any buffer and I also face mostly yellow tank. So, I think I will use them for every attack.
Th board is average by overall. No Joukahainen in any enemy team today . Face mostly yellow tank. Struggle in 2nd and 3rd because of bad board but my green keep me alive. Manage to win in tiebreaker in both attack. Other attack are average to good board. Win without much problem.
Overall, Rekhetre and Edelaide seem to be the most problematic tank in this tournament since both are tough and hard to take down. And since I use 6-tile Shrubbear tactic. Joukahainen is the most dangerous enemy for me .

Rush tournaments and wars are like riding a rollercoaster. Faced a Faiez tank to start the day and went with a 2-2-1 attack of Zarel - Waqas - Bauchan - Joukahainen - Faiez. The opposing Faiez fired first but my Joukahainen dispelled and blocked further buffs including from the flank Basil, and Waqas cut the hp effectively. Next two matches were against Kvasir and Rekhetre tanks. Same lineup and easy wins again.
Thought I had found my perfect attacking team, and then RNG got her revenge. Faced a Joukahainen - Ribbit - Kvasir - Dawn - Faiez team. Board wasn’t bad and managed to kill the 2 yellow heroes. But then the tiles dried up. Dawn gave herself and Faiez a total of 4 owls who just kept cutting mana of my Joukahainen and Bauchan. A slow and agonizing death ensued…
Last match was against another Ribbit tank. Pushed my luck by going with the same team. Got my Joukahainen fired once to block the flank Basil, but the opposing Rufus, Ribbit, and Fianna fired back-to-back-to-back, quickly killing most of my heroes. Basil fired again and that was that.
Defense was 1-1 (B) after Day 1 and is now down to 2-5 (E) so will probably be out tomorrow.
Lost two matches because… I had 0 chances. They are coming just filled with purple tiles. I’m alwyas being able to build purple diamonds - sometimes even more than one in the same match.
Unfair. Lost two relatively easy matches because the game just decided it from the start. At same time funny because you can try as much you want, I won’tbuy refils or anything.

A stupid loose against Zarel tank today. Should’ve just taken reds and my chances would’ve been higher.
Oh and Ribbit is such an annoying frog! Lost against a team with 2 of them, though I also won against a team with 3 of them.
As expected, took my 4th loss today. Was not planning to buy back in, but then I saw from the schedule that there is a no Holy Rush tournament coming in 6 weeks time. Going to continue to try out some of my newer hero combinations.
Went with the same 2-2-1 attack of Zarel - Waqas - Bauchan - Helo - Faiez all 5 matches. Not a high amount of damage, but Bauchan and Helo charges in 6 tiles with Zarel’s help, and once Bauchan fires, the others do the same. Whether that would work against Treevils and Greels is a different issue
Faced mostly passive tanks today which helped. Won against Faiez, Sally, Candy, Grevle, though 2 matches went into overtime. The one loss was against another Faiez tank with 2 Kinsaishis in the wings and flank of cUlmer and Waqas. The middle fired lots of times and only managed to kill Faiez in the end.
Defense has been all over the place and is currently at 5-7 (C)
The board is average but the problem is that Ribbit tank fire and manacut my Shrubbear twice. Then the cascade trigger both enemy Buster and Fianna. They both also fire on by Shrubbear and kill 3 my heroes. At least I manage to kill tank before I lose .
Other board are average or pretty good. Win without much problem.

D : 2:1 (A,A,A) Exact same thing happened as previous tourney. 1 attack on day 1 and 2 on day 3, this time it’s not 1-2 though. So def is holding the A.
I was almost happy, very cooperative boards, but last flag had to give the worst tank and most awful board in existence.
Lost against Ribbit tank with Dawn flank. I charged my blues Helo, CB Ulmer and Jouka just in time, but Ribbit cut mana on 2 of them, there was too much off-color so I charged no one after that. Even if he didn’t fire, I think I would still be screwed, so it really didn’t matter that much. 2nd Ribbit tank loose out of 4 though. Hate that frog anyways.
Day 4 and trying out another attack formation/team. First defense faced was Rekhetre flanked by Zarel and Dawn. After all the problems Dawn had been causing, I brought Kvasir in. Another Druid, he charges in 6 as well. The new attack was now a 2-1-1-1 of Zarel - Kvasir - Bauchan - Joukahainen - Faiez. Got a nice cascade so Dawn wasn’t a problem, but kept the same team anyway. Just one healer, but maybe Kvasir’s minions can help the team survive.
Won the next 2 against Li and Rekhetre tanks then ran into trouble against a double Ribbit team. Probably should have brought Helo in for the cleanse but was on a roll so decided to stick with the same attack. Didn’t have the tiles for Faiez and he died from poison just as he was ready to fire Still managed to kill the middle 3.
Last up was a Red heavy team of Zarel - Buster - Fianna - Dante - Rufus. Brought back in Waqas and Helo for Kvasir and Joukahainen. Got another good board and won with little problem.
Defense staying in C grade (6-7) and up to top 5% for the moment.

I also face x3 Sally defense too. Sally tank fire once but when I can fire my Shrubbear. That is when I win. Also face x2 Ribbit defense too. However, whenever I can fire my Shrubbear. It is the point when I win as well. I think Sally and Ribbit are about at same level. In defense, Sally is better tank but Ribbit is better at flank or wing. However, both can easily counter with Shrubbear .
Defence is A with 4/4. Strange how there are so few attacks.
Attacks 15/20. I splurged out on the 75 gems to stay in the tourney.
Won a few I thought I had lost, but came back from the brink (luckily enough).

Seems like 20-5 is usually the end result for 3* rush tourneys, got the exact same result in the last 3* rush
I honestly don’t know how I managed to survive to the last day without needing to buy back. I reset all my 3* so now no longer have a single 3* with emblems or LB, and starting from the 9th match every team I faced was >3000 TP.
Went 3-1-1 all the way until after losing first match of the day on day 4, where I said “screw it YOLO” and went 4-1 instead. RNGesus smiled upon me and every board was either great or if average, worked out in time, or if bad, the defense hit just the wrong heroes that I was able to claw it back. One match with Ribbit tank was suuuuuper close though:
Used Faiez-Rufus-Basil-Waqas-Rekhetre. I charged my reds in time, only for a dumb cascade to trigger Ribbit. He mana cut the left 3, so I only had Waqas to fire at the enemy. Did just that, and a lucky string of red tiles managed to kill Ribbit and charge my reds back up. Don’t remember how the rest went, but I think Melia and Zarel suicided on Basil’s riposte after Rufus had done enough damage. Eventually it was down to Bauchan vs my Rufus though, and he was one slash away from dying. Luckily I had 3 red tiles right under Bauchan, and some red tiles came up just in time to charge Rufus before Bauchan was going to fire. After Rufu’s def down, the red tiles were enough to kill Bauchan PHEW.
Defense is doing well, not A+++ grade but still great. As expected Ribbit is a very annoying tank, and paired with Zarel can be an absolute nightmare if the board sucks.
Back to my usual 3* rush result, as my previous 3* rush was easily my worst offensive rush 3* tourney.

This is the defense that I want to use if I have x2 Dawn. (Sadly, I don’t have any Dawn but I do somehow pull x2 Meadow instead .) I think wings should be Rufus - Zarel or x2 Zarel will be the best. However, Faiez tank with x2 Dawn flank is still the best tank-flank in my opinion. (Faiez tank is better than Rekhetre tank if both flank are Dawn. Otherwise, Rekhetre tank is better.)
I also stick to the Shrubbear - Faiez combo too much, so I bring them on attack which is bad idea against this defense. And I don’t bring Kvasir, which is also bad idea as well . So, yeah. I go with same tactic. The board start with some green then it dry up. Enemy Faiez tank fire twice. I somehow manage to kill tank but both enemy Dawn fire. With the board dry up, even all my hero are with full hp, enemy Dawn minion keep mana cut all my heroes and they slowly kill my team. The overall board is average I think but against Faiez tank with x2 Dawn flank, my Shrubbear - Faiez combo are pretty useless against them .
Go with same tactic. The board is bad. Only 3 green tile at start but green tile are rarely come. I can fire my blue once but they can’t do much thing until all enemy fire and I lose. So .

With this result, I am at about rank 2700 for now. Not sure if it will hold for top 1% or not but I will not buy back anyway.
First match on the last day and another Ribbit tank, flanked by a Dawn. This time I played it safe and brought Helo in. It’s a rather passive 2-1-1-1 attack of Zarel - Kvasir - Bauchan - Helo - Faiez. Only Zarel and Bauchan did damage, although Kvasir’s minions do poison and slash. Got lucky with 7 Green tiles before the tank fired and won this rather easily.
The second team faced had Rekhetre tank but with a Dawn flank and Ribbit wing. Kept the same team in. The problem here was the lack of firepower so several times had Rekhetre injured but couldn’t finish her off. It finally took a big cascade to kill her. Once the opposing team was without a healer, could slowly finish them off with Faiez constantly boosting and blocking ailments.
No Ribbit in the next fight, but a Rufus tank, Dawn flank, and Waqas wing meant Helo remained in. This one was tougher as Bauchan died and the enemy Waqas fired multiple times. But had just enough Green tiles to win it.
Last 2 matches didn’t have Dawn in the defense so Joukahainen replaced Kvasir in a 2-2-1 attack. The combination of Faiez Ailment blocking and Joukahainen buff blocking worked very well and finished with 5 wins for the first time this tournament.
Defense has also improved to 7-7 (B) so an unexpected top 1% finish might be possible
Best record in a 3* Rush for quite sometime. Only one zero, though the absence of a certain Tree may have something to do with that Tried out different heroes and strategies. Still a bit confused truthfully
Just missed the top 1% in the end, mainly due to the defense performance on days 2-4. Can’t do anything about the matchmaking
Pretty normal top 1% loot . The fighter emblem is the emblem that I don’t want most for now since I have 1500+ of them and don’t have any hero to use . At least I get x3 3* aether. The 4* aether is absolutely useless for now .
I just realize that you are about as same score as me after do all attack in day 5 (I am at 14022). But I get A grade defense in the last day. My defense result in the last day really help me hold in top 1% .
